Instead, our collaboration is based on a mutually agreed-upon arrangement, often a wholesale purchasing model or a revenue-sharing agreement based on product sales. The significant value for our partners lies in the complimentary ad space and prime promotional exposure their products receive on our machines, directly reaching new customers without traditional marketing expenses.

We carefully select products to ensure they meet our high standards for quality, freshness, and appeal to our diverse customer base. Our process involves evaluating product suitability for vending (considering factors like packaging, size, and temperature requirements for our various machines), as well as assessing the uniqueness and popularity of the item. Naturally, we prioritize items from local businesses that align with our commitment to supporting the community.

Our smart vending machines are equipped with integrated technology that provides real-time, accurate sales tracking for every product vended. This sophisticated system allows us to monitor the performance of your items precisely. Based on our agreed-upon partnership terms, we then provide regular, transparent reports (e.g., monthly) detailing your product sales. 

For optimal performance and customer experience in our smart vending machines, we generally look for products that come in durable, securely sealed packaging that can withstand the vending process. Key considerations include:

• Size and Shape: Packaging should be a standard size and shape that fits easily within our various machine slots and shelves (e.g., standard cans, bottles, snack bags, or rigid containers for meals).

• Clarity and Branding: Clear labeling with product information, ingredients (if applicable), and prominent branding is essential for customer recognition.

• Temperature Compatibility: For products going into our Micromart Smart Fridges or Freezers, packaging must be suitable for consistent refrigeration or freezing.

• Hygiene and Protection: Packaging should fully protect the product from contaminants and damage.

• Barcode/UPC: Products must have a scannable barcode or UPC for seamless integration with our smart inventory and payment systems.

We do not charge any fees for the placement or maintenance of the vending machines. Instead, we work out an agreement that is mutually beneficial for both parties. The structure of this agreement, including any costs or terms, will be discussed and customized to suit the needs of your location and business. Our goal is to create a fair arrangement that works for everyone involved.

We provide regular maintenance based on the usage of the machine and your specific needs. This includes restocking, cleaning, and ensuring the machine is functioning properly. If any issues arise, we offer prompt repair services.

We offer a wide variety of products that can be stocked in our vending machines. These include:

• Snacks: Chips, cookies, granola bars, candy, nuts, and more.

• Beverages: Soft drinks, bottled water, juices, energy drinks, and iced teas.

• Specialty Items: Depending on your needs, we can also provide machines stocked with products like personal care items, electronics, or office supplies.

Yes! We’ll work out a fair and flexible agreement that suits both parties, but we offer customizable product options. Whether you prefer snacks, drinks, or healthier choices, we’ll tailor the selection to meet the needs of your location and its visitors. 

Yes, we ensure that our vending machines are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We can also accommodate specific accessibility requirements upon request.

No, we currently do not provide temporary vending machine placements for events or short-term use. Our focus is on long-term partnerships with businesses and locations.
