How we handle information on vendozavending.com.

Last updated September 16, 2026.

Who we are

Who is responsible

This website is operated by Vendoza LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, under its VendozaVending trade name. Vendoza LLC is the party responsible for the information described here (the “data controller,” in the language of the GDPR).

This policy covers vendozavending.com only. It does not cover other websites we link to, which have their own policies.

What we collect

Information we collect

This is a static informational website. It has no accounts, no logins, and no forms. There are three narrow categories:

Aggregate analytics

Pages viewed, the site you arrived from, approximate country, and general device type.

Collected without cookies, without local storage, and without fingerprinting you by IP address or browser. These are counts, not profiles, and they are not linked to you as an individual.

Server access logs

Standard web-server records generated by any request: IP address, timestamp, the page requested, and browser user agent. Kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

What you email us

If you write to us about hosting a unit, we receive whatever you send — typically your name, email address, business or property, and details about the location.

We do not collect sensitive personal information, we do not use advertising or social media trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Why

Why we collect it

Analytics — to improve the site

To see which pages are actually useful to people looking for vending, so we can improve them. Our basis is our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our own website, which is limited because the data is aggregate and anonymous.

Access logs — security and reliability

To keep the site up and to investigate abuse or errors. Our basis is our legitimate interest in operating the site securely.

Your message — to reply to you

To respond to you and evaluate whether a placement makes sense. Our basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.

Sharing

Who else sees it

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not trade, rent, or disclose it for anyone else’s marketing.

We rely on a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf, under their own terms:

  • Cloudflare — provides the privacy-first, cookieless analytics described above.
  • GitLab — hosts this website and generates the server access logs.
  • Google Workspace — carries the email you send us.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend legal claims.

Retention

How long we keep it

  • Analytics — aggregate and not tied to individuals. Held by our analytics provider under its own retention schedule; we cannot use it to identify you at any point.
  • Access logs — held by our hosting provider under its retention schedule, and used only for security and reliability.
  • Your email — up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. We will delete it sooner if you ask.
Your rights

Your privacy rights

We operate in Arizona and serve the Phoenix area. We do not target the EU or UK, so the GDPR is unlikely to apply to us — but we extend the following rights to everyone who contacts us, wherever you live:

  • Know and access — ask what information we hold about you and get a copy.
  • Correct — have inaccurate information fixed.
  • Delete — have your correspondence deleted.
  • Object or restrict — object to our processing, or ask us to pause it.
  • Portability — receive what you sent us in a portable format.
  • No retaliation — we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these.

Because this site sets no cookies and runs no advertising trackers, there is nothing to consent to and nothing to opt out of. That is also why you see no cookie banner here.

California

For California residents

Under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, California residents have specific rights. In the last 12 months we have collected these statutory categories, in each case only as described above:

  • Identifiers — your name, email address, and IP address, where you email us or request a page.
  • Internet or network activity — pages requested and referring site.
  • Coarse geolocation — approximate country only, never precise location.

We collect these from you directly and from your use of the site, for the business purposes described above. We have not sold or shared personal information in the last 12 months, and we do not do so now. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit, and we do not knowingly sell the personal information of anyone under 16.

California residents may exercise the rights to know, delete, and correct, and the right not to be retaliated against, by emailing us. An authorized agent may act for you with written permission.

How to ask

Exercising your rights

Email contact@vendozavending.com and tell us what you would like us to do.

We will need to be reasonably sure the request is really yours. In practice that usually means replying from the address you originally wrote to us from. We will not ask you for more information than we need to do that.

We aim to respond within 45 days. If a request is complex and we need longer, we will tell you why within that time.

Children

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and property owners, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

Security

The site is served over HTTPS as a set of static files, with no database and no visitor accounts to compromise. Email we receive is held in our Google Workspace account with access limited to people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
